The repair kit replaces the jets, float needle valve, and float chamber O-rings on the YFZ450 carburetor. Classic signs of wear include rough idling, poor throttle response, or fuel drops on the carburetor housing. This kit allows you to fix jet wear, needle wear, as well as leaks in the float chamber and float needle valve in one go. This restores the carburetor to factory tuning.

Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, open-end wrenches, a screwdriver, and carburetor cleaner, following the YFZ450 workshop manual.
