Withdraw from contract online
Consumers can electronically withdraw from a contract concluded with MOTURO online.
Open your order area using the highlighted button. There, you can access the relevant order using your e-mail address and declare a return or cancellation within the withdrawal period. We will treat any return or cancellation declaration submitted in this way as a declaration of withdrawal; no approval from us is required for this.
No reason for withdrawal is required.
