The Moturo clutch plate kit for your Yamaha YFS200 Blaster (MY 00-07) — a complete clutch set with reinforced springs that prevents clutch slippage under load. Friction plates and steel discs, ready for installation.

The clutch set transfers torque from the engine to the transmission. The friction plates are seated alternately with the steel discs in the clutch basket, tensioned by the reinforced springs. The specs apply to the Yamaha YFS200 Blaster, model years 2000 to 2007 — 195 cc, 21 hp / 15 kW platform output.

Replacement takes about an hour with a socket wrench set, torque wrench, and special tool to hold the clutch basket. Tightening torques follow the YFS200 service manual.

Important notes – please read

Original spare part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. Wear part in the drivetrain — check the clutch basket for grooves before installation, as grooved basket surfaces will wear out the new plates faster.

Frequently asked questions

Does the kit fit the Banshee or Warrior?
No, the clutch geometry is different. Only for the YFS200 Blaster model years 2000 to 2007.

Do I need a TÜV registration?
No. Original spare part design, not a component requiring registration.

Are the reinforced springs enough on their own without changing the plates?
No. Change the plates, steel discs, and springs as a set — otherwise an old component will quickly wear out the new parts.
