Description
Moturo rear brake caliper for Arctic Cat DVX 400 04-08
The Moturo rear brake caliper for your Arctic Cat DVX 400 ATV (MY 04-08) — a wear part that fails due to seized pistons, heat damage, or leaking seals. OE bolt pattern, includes brake pads, ready to install.
The brake caliper is located at the rear on the brake disc and is pressed hydraulically by the master brake cylinder. Mounting points and bolt pattern follow the original design of the DVX 400; tightening torques follow the ATV's workshop manual. Brake pads are pre-installed in the caliper.
When replacing the caliper, the brake system must be completely bled and refilled with fresh brake fluid. Check the fit and braking effect before every ride, especially after the first test run.
Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, socket wrench, and brake bleeder kit.
