The Moturo rear brake caliper for your Suzuki LT230 / LT230E quad (87-93) — often seized up after years of sitting idle, one of the most common replacement items during a rebuild. Comes with factory-installed brake pads, ready for installation.

The caliper is mounted on the rear brake disc and pushes the pistons against the pads. The mounting points and hole pattern match the original design of your Suzuki quad; torque values follow the workshop manual. Brake pads are pre-installed at the factory.

Replacement takes about an hour with a hex key set and appropriate socket wrenches. After replacing, bleeding the brake system is mandatory, and fresh brake fluid should be used. It is best not to plan the replacement between two rides.
