Moturo rear brake caliper for Can Am Bombardier Traxter and Quest 500/650 03-05
The Moturo rear brake caliper for Can Am Bombardier Traxter and Quest 500/650 (model years 03-05) — a wear part behind the brake pads that will eventually need replacing on any ATV. Includes brake pads, ready for installation.
The caliper sits on the rear wheel and houses the brake pads; brake pressure is transmitted hydraulically via the brake line. It fits Bombardier Traxter 500 (model years 2003 to 2005), Traxter 500 XT (2004 to 2005), Quest 650 as well as Quest 650 XT (each 2004 to 2005), and Traxter 650.
Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, a combination wrench set, and a container of new brake fluid. Bleeding the brake system is mandatory after replacement, and fresh brake fluid is a necessary part of the process.
