Moturo front brake caliper set for Kawasaki KLF300 Bayou 89-05 and KLF400 93-99
The Moturo front brake caliper set for your Kawasaki KLF300 Bayou 89-05 and KLF400 93-99 — the most common maintenance point after long periods of inactivity or seized pistons. Two calipers plus brake pads, ready for installation.
The set is mounted on the front left and right brake discs. Both calipers have the same dimensions as the OE calipers for the KLF300 (model years 1989 to 2005) and KLF400 (model years 1993 to 1999); tightening torques follow the KLF workshop manual.
Replacement takes about an hour with a hex key set, torque wrench, and brake bleeder. After replacement: bleed the brake system and fill with fresh brake fluid.

Important notes – please read
Original replacement part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. When changing the calipers, bleeding the brake system is mandatory, as is filling it with fresh brake fluid according to the workshop manual.
