Moturo rear brake caliper for Suzuki LT230S/LT250S Quadrunner 85-90
The Moturo rear brake caliper for your Suzuki LT230S/LT250S Quadrunner 85-90 — the most common rear brake part replaced on the quad following seized pistons or corrosion. Pre-assembled with brake pads, ready for installation.
The brake caliper sits on the rear wheel and transfers the pressure from the master brake cylinder to the brake disc via two brake pads. The mounting geometry follows the OE design of the Suzuki LT230S Quadrunner (model years 1985 to 1988) and the LT250S. Tightening torques for the mounting bolts follow the Quadrunner workshop manual.
Replacement takes about half an hour with a hex key set, a socket wrench for the mounting nuts, and a kit for bleeding the brake system with fresh brake fluid.
