The kit replaces the wear parts in the Arctic Cat 500 4x4 carburetor — jets and jet needle, float needle valve, as well as gaskets and small parts. This allows you to fix jet wear, a leaking float chamber, or a stuck float needle valve without having to replace the entire carburetor.

Designed for the 493 cc single-cylinder engine from the model years 2005 to 2007. According to the manufacturer, the component quality is at least equivalent to the original part.

Replacement takes about an hour using a screwdriver set, an Allen key set, and a bowl for the residual fuel.
