The Moturo starter relay for Yamaha Grizzly and Raptor YFM 660 02-08 — the frequent replacement part after corrosion or faulty switching contacts. Includes main contact between battery and starter, ready to install.

The starter relay is part of the electrical system and switches the high starter current between the battery and the starter when the starter button is pressed. The control side comes from the ignition lock, and the main contact leads directly to the starter. Connections and mounting points follow the original equipment design of the YFM 660 platform.

Corroded or stuck relays are a common cause on quads when the starter only clicks instead of cranking.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a socket wrench set and an insulated screwdriver. Disconnect the battery ground cable before installation.
