The Moturo exhaust valve for your Bashan BS250S-11 ATV/Quad and Shineray 250STXE/STIXE — a wear part in the cylinder head that needs servicing after many hours of intensive operation. Valve head diameter 28.5 mm, ready for installation.

The exhaust valve sits in the cylinder head of the Bashan/Shineray 250 engine and controls the discharge of combustion gases. It opens after the power stroke and guides hot exhaust gases from the combustion chamber into the exhaust port. The valve head measures 28.5 mm in diameter, and the stem and seat geometry follow the factory specifications of the 250 platform. Tightening torques according to the 250 engine workshop manual. Replacement is recommended in cases of loss of compression, burnt seat surfaces, or bent stems.

Replacement takes about an hour with a valve spring compressor, torque wrench, and new cylinder head gasket.
