The Moturo Variomatic Kit complete for your Linhai 260/300 ATV (universal design) — a wear part in the drivetrain, requires regular maintenance replacement based on mileage. Includes fan wheel, roller weights, and variator housing for stepless speed adjustment, ready for installation.

The variomatic transmits the engine speed steplessly to your ATV's secondary drive. The roller weights regulate the gear ratio via centrifugal force, while the fan wheel draws fresh air through the belt housing to cool the V-belt. The kit follows the universal bolt pattern of common 260 and 300 platforms and replaces the worn original part with an original equipment style design.

Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, socket wrench set, and a holding tool for the drive pulley.

Before installation, clean the belt housing, insert the new roller weights evenly into the variator plate, and use the tightening torques from your quad's workshop manual.
