Moturo Carburetor Repair Kit for Polaris Xplorer 400 97-02
The Moturo carburetor repair kit for your Polaris Xplorer 400 97-02 (Xplorer 400L) — the maintenance set needed after the vehicle has been sitting or due to a rough idle. O-rings, float needle valve, jets, and jet needle, ready for installation.
The repair kit replaces the wear parts in the carburetor of the Polaris Xplorer 400L (model years 1997 to 2002). The set includes O-rings, a float needle valve, jets, a jet needle, and other small parts, all matched to the carburetor type of this platform.
Typical reasons for use include long periods of inactivity with gummed-up fuel, a rough idle, cold start problems, or fuel leaking from the float chamber. Instead of replacing the entire carburetor, the critical seals and jets are replaced individually.
Installation takes about an hour using standard carburetor tools and a clean workbench.
