Moturo Carburetor Repair Kit for Polaris Sportsman 335 99-00
The Moturo carburetor repair kit for your Polaris Sportsman 335 (MY 99-00) — the first choice for addressing storage-related damage and starting issues. Includes O-rings, float needle valve, and jets, ready for installation.
The repair kit replaces the wear parts in the Sportsman 335 carburetor. The set includes O-rings, a float needle valve, a main jet, an idle jet, and a jet needle — the typical components where a carburetor may leak fuel or provide poor regulation after long periods of inactivity.
All parts are manufactured to factory specifications. Replacement is performed after removing the carburetor from the quad; please refer to the Sportsman 335 workshop manual for torque settings.
Replacement takes about an hour using a screwdriver and a hex key set.
