The kit replaces the wear parts in your quad's carburetor. It includes O-rings, a float needle valve, jets, a jet needle, and other small parts. The geometry follows the factory specifications of the YFM660R carburetor, and torque values follow the Raptor 660 workshop manual.

Replace in about an hour with a screwdriver set and an Allen key set. Suitable for Yamaha YFM 660 R models from 2001 to 2005 (RN, RP, RR, RRER, RS).

Original spare part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. Not suitable for YFM660R from model year 2006 onwards or other Raptor engine variants (350, 700) — these feature different carburetor geometry and jetting.

No, from 2006 onwards the carburetor setup is different. This kit covers 2001 to 2005.

Are the jets pre-jetted to factory standards?
Yes, the jets correspond to the stock configuration of the Raptor 660 (MY 2001 to 2005).

Do I need additional seals for the removal?
Before ordering, compare the contents with the wear parts on your carburetor. Carburetor housing-to-airbox gaskets are not included.
