The Moturo carburetor repair kit for your Kawasaki Prairie 360 KVF360 03-07 (KVF 360 A, B and C) — a wear kit for the typical weak points after several seasons of quad use. Includes float needle valve, jets and jet needle, ready for installation.

The repair kit replaces the wear parts on your Prairie 360's carburetor. It contains O-rings, a float needle valve, jets, a jet needle and small parts for the typical areas where a KVF360 carburetor causes problems after years: leaking float chamber, sticking jet needle, poor cold start.

Suitable for KVF 360 A, B and C from model years 2003 to 2007 with 362 cc displacement. Tightening torques follow the Prairie 360 workshop manual.

Replacement takes about two hours using screwdrivers and a hex key set. Before installation, rinse the float chamber, jet holder and main jet with carburetor cleaner.

Original spare part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. Check that the jetting matches your carburetor before installation — if the jet bores differ, retain the original values.

Frequently asked questions

Does the kit also fit the KVF 400 or KVF 650?
No, the carburetor design and jetting are different.

Do I need new floats as well?
No. Floats are not included in the repair kit and are generally not worn out — check the floats for cracks before installation.

Does the carburetor need to be readjusted after replacement?
Check the idle speed and mixture screw according to the Prairie 360 workshop manual and readjust if necessary.
