Description
Moturo Sport Centrifugal Clutch for Pocket Bikes and Dirt Bikes
The Moturo Sport centrifugal clutch for 47-49cc two-stroke pocket bikes and dirt bikes — a wear part for intense racing use, adjustable for track conditions. Universal component with standard mount, ready for installation.
The clutch is mounted on the crankshaft and transfers torque to the drive system once the engagement speed is reached. The spring tension is adjustable — the engagement point can be shifted up or down via the tension screws, depending on the track profile and riding style. Fits all 47-49cc pocket bike and dirt bike engines with a standard mount.
Replacement takes about half an hour using a hex key set and a clutch holding tool to counter-hold the crankshaft nut.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the clutch fit a 50cc four-stroke?
No. The clutch is designed for 47-49cc two-strokes; it has a different torque curve and mount.
How do I adjust the engagement point?
Via the spring tension screws. Higher tension shifts the engagement point upward, lower tension shifts it downward. Tuning in several steps based on the track profile.
Do I need a clutch holding tool for installation?
Yes, for counter-holding when loosening and tightening the crankshaft nut. Not included in the scope of delivery.
