The Moturo hydraulic foot brake master cylinder for your 50-110cc ATV/quad — the wear part for the rear brake circuit when the seal is leaking or the piston is worn. Universal standard connection bores, integrated reservoir, ready for installation.

The foot brake master cylinder generates hydraulic pressure at the brake pedal and transfers it via the brake line to the rear brake caliper. The connection thread and mounting holes follow the universal standard for 50-110cc quad platforms; the expansion tank is built into the housing. DOT 4 brake fluid is not included.

When installing, refill brake fluid, bleed the system thoroughly, and check for leaks at the connection and seal before operating the quad again. Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, open-end wrenches, and a brake bleeder.

How do I bleed the system after replacement?
Pump the pedal several times, open the bleeder valve on the brake caliper until bubble-free fluid exits. Repeat the process until the pedal builds pressure.
