The lock cylinder is located on the quad's handlebar and switches the ignition via two positions. Included in the delivery are the lock, two matching keys, and a dust cap for the locking system. The set fits the Suzuki LT80 model years 1996 to 2000 (82 cc, 5.4 kW, 7.3 hp).

Replacement takes about half an hour using a socket wrench for the clamp and a screwdriver. Bowden cables and the wiring harness remain in their original positions; the replacement is strictly work on the handlebar.
