The Moturo grip set for the Yamaha PW 80 (MY 91-11) — the grips on your bike, a classic wear part. Handlebar 22 mm left, 24 mm right (throttle sleeve), ready for installation.

The grip set sits on the left side of the handlebar and on the right side on the throttle sleeve. Inner diameter 22 mm on the left, 24 mm on the right — matching the 22 mm handlebar diameter of the PW 80 (model years 1991 to 2011). Can also be fitted to the Yamaha PW 50 (model year 2013) and standard 22 mm diameter handlebars.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a box cutter, compressed air or brake cleaner, and a little patience. Cut off the old grips, clean the handlebar and throttle sleeve, and slide on the new grips.

Frequently asked questions

Does the grip set fit other bikes?
Yes, any handlebar with a 22 mm diameter — motorcycle, enduro, dirt bike, scooter, ATV, or quad.

Do I need glue for installation?
Helpful, but not strictly necessary. Using compressed air or brake cleaner makes sliding the grips onto the handlebar easier.

Why are the left and right sides different?
The throttle sleeve is on the right with a 24 mm outer diameter, and the handlebar is on the left with 22 mm.
