Moturo Complete Aluminum Exhaust System for Honda Monkey Z 50 74-85

The complete Moturo exhaust system for your Honda Monkey Z 50 (MY 74-85, models A, G and J) — header, silencer and exhaust clamp as a complete set, ready for installation on the racetrack and off-road.

The exhaust system guides the exhaust gases from the cylinder head of the Z 50 (49cc, 1.8 hp / 1.3 kW) via the header into the silencer. The exhaust clamp secures the connection at the header flange.

Suitable for Honda Z 50 A (year of manufacture 1974 to 1979), Z 50 G (year of manufacture 1979) and Z 50 J (year of manufacture 1979 to 1985). Mounts directly to the Monkey's header port.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a socket wrench set and torque wrench. Check the studs on the cylinder head beforehand and replace the exhaust gasket.

Exhaust system for race and off-road use. No StVZO/ECE approval. Not for public road use. The system does not fit later Monkey models from 1992 onwards due to different header geometry and mounts.
