The Moturo exhaust system for Honda Monkey Z50/Z50R (all model years, 49 to 107 cc Honda engines) — the part to fit under your bike after a tuning conversion or in case of a faulty muffler. Race and off-road design, ready for installation.

The exhaust system carries combustion gases away from the cylinder head and determines the sound and torque curve of your Monkey. Suitable for all model years of the Honda Z 50 Mini Trail as well as for 49 to 107 cc Honda engines — from stock engines to common tuning powerplants. Universal design, header and muffler in one.

Tightening torque for the header flange should follow the Z 50 workshop manual. Sound profile is significantly more open than the stock muffler.

Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, socket wrench set, and sealant for the header flange.

Does the system also fit larger tuning engines beyond 107 cc?
Validated for 49 to 107 cc Honda engines. For larger displacements, compare the header length and flange dimensions with the photo provided on the item beforehand.

Do I need a TÜV registration?
No, not in the sense of the StVZO — the system is not approved for public road use, but rather for race and off-road use.

How loud is the muffler?
Sound profile is significantly more open than the stock Z 50 muffler.
