The Moturo water radiator for the Yamaha Grizzly 660 02-04 (YFM660) — a core component of the cooling system that is replaced in the event of rock impact or corrosion of the fin stack. Front frame mounts, ready for installation.

The water radiator is located at the front under the front fairing and transfers heat from the engine to the airflow. The mounts follow the OE geometry of the Grizzly 660; hose connections and mounting holes correspond to the factory drill pattern. Torque settings and coolant volume follow the Grizzly 660 workshop manual.

In the event of rock impacts, fin corrosion, or frost cracks, the radiator is the first component on the maintenance schedule. Check sealing surfaces before installation and bleed the cooling system after assembly.

Replacement takes about an hour using a socket wrench set, hex key set, and a collection container for the coolant.

Original replacement part design, no separate type approval (ABE) required. Not compatible with the Grizzly 700 from model year 2007 onwards (YFM700 platform, different mounting geometry). Compare dimensions and hose outlets with the product image before ordering.
