The Moturo throttle cable for your Bashan BS200S-7 ATV Quad — the Bowden cable that pulls out at the solder nipple or sticks in the housing channel after years of use. 1070 mm cable, 1000 mm housing, with pre-assembled nipple, ready to install.

The throttle cable connects the throttle grip and carburetor, translating the rotational movement at the handlebar into the stroke at the carburetor thumb lever. Cable length 1070 mm, housing 1000 mm, with a pre-assembled solder nipple on the throttle grip side, free end for the carburetor to be clamped or soldered. Lengths fit the standard setup and run through the original guides on the frame.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a screwdriver, a pair of pliers, and a soldering iron for the nipple if desired.

Does the cable also fit other 200cc quads?
Not guaranteed. Compare lengths and nipple position with the old cable before ordering.

Does the nipple have to be soldered yourself?
The nipple is pre-assembled on the throttle grip side. On the carburetor side, the end is free and is clamped or soldered depending on the carburetor type.

Do I need a TÜV registration?
No. Original spare part design; the replacement does not require registration.
