Moturo Voltage Regulator/Rectifier for Yamaha XV 250 Virago 3LS 92-93
The Moturo voltage regulator for your Yamaha XV 250 Virago (3LS, model years 92-93) — this component protects the alternator from overvoltage and replaces the original part. Aluminum housing, ready for installation.
The voltage regulator sits on the alternator circuit and keeps the vehicle's electrical system voltage within the tolerance range. The aluminum housing dissipates heat loss. The regulator replaces the original part in terms of function and performance.
The component fits the XV 250 H (22 hp) and XV 250 N (17 hp), both 248 cm³ and 1992 model year. The regulator also fits numerous other models (see product page).
Replacement takes about half an hour with a socket wrench set and a Phillips screwdriver. Check the alternator and stator before installation; a defective regulator can quickly damage the stator.
