The Moturo stator for your Polaris Sportsman 500 ATV (MY 00-12, 499cc, all variants incl. 6X6 and EFI) — the first component to replace in the event of ignition problems or weak battery charging. Completely ready for installation.

The stator generates onboard power for the ignition, CDI, regulator, and battery charging. It fits the Polaris Sportsman 500 as well as the 6X6, EFI, and X2 EFI variants (model years 2000 to 2012), all with 499cc and 34 hp / 25 kW.

Defects in the CDI or regulator and weak battery charging often originate from the stator. Repair is usually more time-consuming than replacement. Compare connections with the original part before ordering.

Replacement takes about an hour with a hex key set and socket wrench set.
