The Moturo voltage regulator rectifier for your Yamaha XV 750, XZ 550, and XV 500 (MY 81-83) — converts the AC voltage from the alternator into 12V DC for the vehicle's electrical system. OEM-style replacement part, ready to install.

The voltage regulator maintains the vehicle voltage at 12V, charges the battery, and protects electrical components such as light bulbs from overvoltage. Design and performance are identical to the original.

It is installed in the factory position using identical mounting points and connector patterns. Fits Yamaha XV 750 (model years 1981 to 1982), XZ 550 /S (1982), and XV 500 SE (1983).

Can be replaced in about half an hour with a socket wrench set and a screwdriver.
