The piston sits in the cylinder and transfers the combustion force to the connecting rod. Piston diameter 44 mm, piston pin 12 mm, identical in construction to the original piston of standard 47 to 49 cc two-stroke engines.

Replacement in about an hour with a socket wrench set and torque wrench.
