The Moturo Big Bore Cylinder Kit 686cc for your Yamaha Raptor 660 (MY 01-03, YFM 660 R) — displacement upgrade from 660 to 686cc, complete with piston and gaskets, ready to install.

The Big Bore cylinder kit increases displacement from 660 to 686cc and replaces the original cylinder along with the complete piston package. Suitable for YFM 660 R (model years 2001 to 2003) in model codes RN, RP, RR, RRER with 46 hp as well as FWA FP and FWA FR with 41 hp.

Supplied with cylinder, piston, piston pin, piston rings, piston clips, and cylinder gasket set. Before installation, check the appropriate oversize piston dimensions and honing with the Raptor workshop manual.

Replacement takes about three hours with a torque wrench, socket wrench set, and piston ring compressor.
