The Moturo complete cylinder kit for the Yamaha YFS 200 Blaster (model years 00-07) — the most common wear kit when the top end of the two-stroke is done. Cylinder, piston, rings, and gaskets, ready to install.

The cylinder, together with the piston, rings, and gaskets, forms the top end of the two-stroke. 195 cc displacement, 21 hp or 15 kW according to the vehicle registration document of the YFS 200 Blaster. Bolt pattern and piston pin diameter follow OE geometry.

The kit includes the cylinder, piston, piston pin, rings, clips, and all necessary gaskets for a complete top end. Torque values and timing specifications correspond to the Blaster workshop manual.

Replacement in about two hours with a socket wrench set, torque wrench, and gasket sealant.

Original spare part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. Before installation, compare the bore of the old cylinder with the current piston size — standard size and oversizes differ.

Scope of delivery

1 × cylinder, 1 × piston, 1 × piston pin, 1 × set of piston rings, retaining clips, 1 × gasket set. Not included: tools, gasket sealant, new bolts.

No, different platform and different engine cycle.

Do I need new connecting rod bearings?
Not included. Replace connecting rod and bearings separately if worn.
