This cylinder kit replaces the cylinder, piston, and gaskets on the two-stroke engine when the cylinder bore, piston, or rings are worn. The dimensions correspond to the original part, so no modifications to the crankcase or cylinder head are necessary. 89cc displacement, identical to the factory specification for the Predator 90 and Sportsman 90 2T (model years 2001 to 2006). Supplied with piston including piston rings, piston pin, needle bearing, as well as a head and base gasket set and an air filter.

Replacement takes about two hours using a hex key set, socket wrench set, torque wrench, and piston ring compressor.
