Description
Moturo complete front drum brake for Yamaha PW 80
The Moturo complete front drum brake for your Yamaha PW 80 (MY 91-11) — the most common wear point on the front end of this small trail bike. Brake anchor plate with brake shoes, ready for installation.
The drum brake is located in the front wheel and provides the primary braking force at the front. The brake anchor plate and brake shoes come as a complete unit, identical to the original and in OEM quality. Fits Yamaha PW 80 (model years 1991 to 2011) as well as Yamaha PW 50 (model year 2013).
Wear on the PW is typically indicated by fading braking performance, grinding noises, or grooves in the drum — in this case, replacing the complete anchor plate with shoes is a cleaner solution than replacing individual parts.
Can be replaced in about half an hour with a socket set and torque wrench.

Important notes – please read
Original spare part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. When replacing the front brake system, observe the tightening torques according to the PW workshop manual and bed in the brake after installation before the bike is put back into use.
