Moturo Chain Guard Set Top and Bottom for Yamaha PW 80 91-11
The Moturo chain guard set for your Yamaha PW 80 and PY 80 (model years 91-11) — protection for the drive chain and sprocket, top and bottom; a frequently replaced wear part on kids' motocross bikes. Black plastic, ready for installation.
The set consists of an upper and a lower chain cover. Both shells protect the drive chain and sprocket from dirt, stone chips, and pant legs; identical in construction to the original PW 80 chain guard. Material according to description is black plastic; the screw points follow the OE hole pattern and engage with the existing threads on the swingarm and engine casing.
Replacement takes about half an hour with an Allen key set and a Phillips screwdriver. Since the PW 80 was built from 1991 to 2011, please compare the photo on the product page and the dimensions on the bike before installation.

Original spare part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. Cosmetic part, replacement does not require registration. Not suitable for the smaller Yamaha PW 50, as the chain guide and mounting points differ there.
