The Moturo clutch for your Suzuki Burgmann AN 400 07-09 (K7-L3) — the essential component to replace when linings wear down and springs lose tension. Spring rate identical to OE, ready to install.

The clutch is located in the secondary drive and transfers engine power to the clutch bell via centrifugal weights. It engages when starting off and only releases the power transmission once the engine speed is correct. On the Burgmann, this component is susceptible to wear — linings and springs weaken over time.

The clutch springs used have a spring rate that corresponds to the original springs. Fits all versions of the Burgmann K7-L3: AN 400, AN 400 Z, AN 400 A, and AN 400 ZA from model years 2007 to 2009.

Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, socket wrench set, and torque wrench.

Original replacement part design, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. As a wear part within the regular maintenance scope, replacement does not require registration. Does not fit Burgmann models from 2010 onwards — different clutch geometry in the following generation.
