Moturo Variator Tensioning Tool 39mm

The Moturo 39mm tensioning tool for variator scooters — the universal tool for loosening and tightening the clutch nut during variator service, with a 39mm internal hex and two side locking pins that parallelly secure the clutch bell, ready for use.

In use, the wrench sits over the central clutch nut; the two pins engage in the recesses of the clutch bell and hold it still while a ratchet or torque wrench turns the nut.

As a universal item, the wrench is designed for the 39mm wrench size common in scooter variators; it is recommended to check your own clutch nut before ordering.

Variator service in about half an hour with a ratchet, torque wrench, and a holding tool for the drive sprocket.
