The Moturo Throttle Cable B (closing) for Honda CB 400, CM 400, and CB 450 (MY 72-82) — replacement part for snapped or detached original cables. Dimensions correspond to the original cable, ready for installation.

The cable pulls the throttle slide back in the carburetor and ensures proper closing. The outer casing and inner wire are firmly crimped at both ends; end pieces and lengths are based on the original cable.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a set of open-end wrenches and a little patience at the carburetor.

Is this the opening or closing cable?
Cable B is the closing cable that pulls the throttle slide back to idle. The opening cable (cable A) can be found as a separate item.

Does the cable also fit the CX 500?
The CX 500 has a different carburetor design; compare lengths and end pieces with the photo on the product page before ordering.

Do I need a TÜV registration?
