The Moturo Sport air filter for PZ19 carburetors on motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, and quads — fine-pored special foam in a 45° angled shape. 35mm carburetor intake with rubber flange and fastening clamp, ready for installation.

The air filter sits on the carburetor neck and accelerates the airflow in the intake tract. The filter medium is a fine-pored special foam, the shape is 45° angled, and the carburetor intake diameter is 35mm. The flexible rubber flange ensures a secure fit, and the adjustable clamp holds it to the neck.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a screwdriver and, if necessary, pliers for the clamp.

Frequently asked questions

Does the filter also fit a PHBG or Dellorto carburetor?
Only if the intake diameter is 35mm. Measure the carburetor neck before ordering.

Do I need different jetting after installation?
As a rule, yes. An open sport filter changes the mixture ratio; an adjusted main jet is customary.

Is the filter washable?
The foam can be cleaned with warm water and filter cleaner, then treated with filter oil.
