The Moturo starter for horizontal 50-125cc engines in your ATV, quad, or dirt bike — the classic part that eventually just clicks instead of turning. Twelve teeth, three-hole mount, ready for installation.

The starter is located at the bottom of the horizontal crankcase and drives the flywheel via the twelve-tooth pinion. The mounting follows the three-hole geometry of standard 50cc to 125cc small engines in ATVs, quads, dirt bikes, and pit bikes.

Matches the geometry of the factory-installed starter — identical bolt spacing, identical pinion position, identical engagement with the flywheel.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a hex key set and a socket wrench set.

Important notes – please read

Original equipment replacement type, no separate ABE (general operating permit) required. Before ordering, compare the hole spacing of the three-hole mount and the position of the starter (bottom or top of the engine) with the original installed part. The starter only fits horizontal engines with a bottom-mounted starter.
