The Moturo Type 36 tie rod end for 150 to 250 cc ATVs/quads wears down with every steering input and is a standard replacement part during steering system maintenance. Total length approx. 100 mm, M12 fine thread at the steering knuckle, ready for installation.

The tie rod end connects the tie rod to the steering knuckle and transfers every steering command to the front wheel. The total length is approx. 100 mm; it features an M12 fine thread at the steering knuckle and an M14 threaded rod at the tie rod exit. Tightening torques and pre-tensioning should follow the workshop specifications for your ATV or quad.

Can be replaced in about an hour using a socket wrench set and a torque wrench. Check and adjust the wheel alignment before the first test drive, otherwise the quad will track incorrectly and cause uneven tire wear.
