Description
Moturo Titanium Heat Wrap 5m for manifolds and exhaust systems
The Moturo heat wrap for manifolds, exhaust systems, and heat-stressed areas on the bike — reduces radiant heat on surrounding cables and accelerates reaching operating temperature. Heat-resistant up to approx. 1400°C, 5 meters in length, ready for installation.
The wrap winds around manifolds and exhaust pipes, keeps exhaust heat within the system, and protects brake lines, cable harnesses, and painted surfaces from radiant heat. Dimensions 5 m × 5 cm × 2 mm, heat-resistant up to approx. 1400°C according to the data sheet, color gold. Made from titanium fiber.
Winds overlapping around the pipe and is secured with the five included stainless steel cable ties. Installation in about half an hour with scissors and protective gloves.

Important instructions – please read
Universal item, no separate ABE or registration required. Installation does not require registration. Soak the wrap briefly before winding it around the manifold. This improves the fit and ensures an even wrap.

Yes, with a clean overlap wrap and tight cable ties. Soaking briefly before wrapping noticeably improves the fit.

Do I need a TÜV registration?
