The Moturo cylinder kit for the KTM 50 SX Pro Junior and Pro Senior (MY 01-08) — a wear part replacement after a piston seizure or for a top-end overhaul. Complete with cylinder head, piston, and gasket set, ready for installation.

This cylinder kit replaces the cylinder, cylinder head, and piston on the two-stroke KTM SX 50 LC with 50 cc displacement and 7.4 kW power output. The bore and piston geometry follow the original specifications. The included gasket set covers the cylinder base and cylinder head; piston rings, piston clips, and piston pin are included.

Installation takes approximately two hours with a hex key set, torque wrench, and piston ring compressor. Lubricate the cylinder wall and piston thoroughly with oil before installation. Tightening torques according to the KTM SX 50 workshop manual.
