The Moturo cylinder kit for your ATU Explorer Spin GE 50 (MY 11-12) — the complete set for a top-end overhaul after wear or a piston seizure. 49cc displacement, ready for installation.

The kit replaces the cylinder, piston, and gasket set in one go. The cylinder follows the OE bolt pattern of the 49cc engine; the piston comes pre-assembled with rings, clips, and a pin. Tightening torques and clearances follow the workshop manual for the Explorer Spin GE 50.

Installation takes about two hours using a hex key set, socket wrench set, and torque wrench.

Is the cylinder head included?
No. The package includes the cylinder, piston with small parts, and gasket set. The existing cylinder head is to be reused.

Does the kit fit other ATU models?
Compatibility is confirmed for the Explorer Spin GE 50 model years 2011 to 2012. For other models, check the bolt pattern and displacement beforehand.

Do I need a TÜV registration?
No. This is an original spare part design with 49cc; the replacement does not require registration.
