The Moturo carburetor for your Baotian 50cc and Rex RS 450/460/500 Sport (MY 06-09) — the heart of the mixture preparation for the four-stroke Chinese scooter. 19mm intake, connections for fuel and oil, ready for installation.

The carburetor is located between the air filter and the intake manifold on the cylinder head. The 19mm intake matches the cross-section of the original unit on the Baotian BT49QT four-stroke block. Adjustment screws for the mixture and idle speed are pre-set at the factory; connections for fuel and oil are positioned as on the original.

Installation takes about an hour using a screwdriver set and a socket wrench set.

Does the carburetor fit on a two-stroke scooter?
No, exclusively for four-stroke models of the Baotian BT49QT series and identical Chinese scooters (manufactured 2006 to 2009).

Do I need to readjust it after installation?
The adjustment screws are pre-set at the factory. Fine-tuning on the running engine is possible.

Do I need registration with the TÜV?
No. Original equipment design, not a component requiring registration.
