The Moturo 50cc cylinder kit for the Honda CRF 50 F 05-13 — the economical complete solution for a worn factory cylinder, including piston, piston rings, and gasket set, ready for installation on the original head.

The kit replaces the cylinder and piston on the four-stroke engine (50cc) of the Honda CRF 50 F (model years 2005 to 2013, 3 hp / 2.2 kW). The cylinder and piston are matched to each other; the original cylinder head remains on the engine and is reused. Torque specifications follow the CRF 50 workshop manual.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a hex key set, socket wrenches, and a torque wrench. Remove the cylinder head, pull the old cylinder, insert the new piston, mount the cylinder along with the gasket set — the head is reattached using the original bolts.

No, the CRF 70 F has 70cc displacement and different cylinder dimensions.
