The Moturo cylinder kit for your Suzuki LT-80 quad 87-06 — a complete set consisting of cylinder, piston, and gaskets, the typical replacement package after a piston seizure or loss of compression. 82 cc displacement, four studs, ready for installation.

The cylinder kit forms the combustion unit of your quad. The cylinder, piston, piston rings, piston pin, and circlips are matched to each other; studs as well as the head gasket and base gasket are included. 82 cc displacement, suitable for the 7.3 hp versions (model years 1995 to 2003) and the 6.7 hp versions (model years 2004 to 2006). The bore pattern and stud arrangement follow the factory geometry.

Replacement takes about two hours with a torque wrench and standard mechanical tools; tightening torques should be in accordance with the quad's workshop manual.
