The Moturo cylinder head for your Yamaha Aerox 50 (MY 04-10) — water-cooled for the horizontal Minarelli engine, is installed after a piston replacement or seal failure. Identical in construction to the original part, ready for installation.

The cylinder head seals the combustion chamber at the top and houses the spark plug. The cooling jacket geometry follows the horizontal Minarelli engine with water cooling, the combustion chamber is positioned centrally above the piston, and the bolt pattern corresponds to the original part. This allows the head to fit both original cylinders and common aftermarket cylinders.

Tightening values and tightening sequence should follow the workshop manual for the respective model year. Drain coolant before disassembly and replace the head gasket.

Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, socket wrench, and torque wrench.
