The grip set fits on the handlebars of the Yamaha PW 50 (model years 1988 to 2006) and provides grip on the bike. The right grip has a slightly larger inner diameter to fit over the throttle sleeve, while the left grip sits directly on the handlebar tube. The rubber grips can be used flexibly with or without the throttle sleeve — the matching sleeve is included with the pair.

Replacement takes about half an hour using compressed air or brake cleaner to loosen the old grips and a little dish soap to slide on the new ones.

Yes, the right grip can be used flexibly, with or without the sleeve.

How do I get the old grips off the handlebars?
Compressed air between the grip and handlebar or some brake cleaner will loosen the old grip. Be careful with brake cleaner on painted surfaces.

Can the grips also be used for the Yamaha PW 80?
No, the PW 80 has a different handlebar geometry. Compare the product image before ordering.
