Description
Moturo front brake master cylinder with lever and brake light switch for 50cc scooters
The Moturo front brake master cylinder set for 50cc scooters and mopeds with 22mm handlebars — the most common replacement part for the handlebar after a fall or seal failure. Includes brake lever and brake light switch, without mirror mount, ready for installation.
The brake master cylinder houses the brake lever and the master cylinder for the front brake. It is clamped to 22mm handlebars with two screws; the brake light switch is integrated and activates the brake light when the lever is pulled. There is no mirror mount on the housing in case your scooter has the mirror mounted separately on the handlebar. You connect the brake line using a banjo bolt and sealing rings.
Replacement takes about half an hour with a hex key set, open-end wrench, and brake fluid for bleeding.

Frequently asked questions
Does the master cylinder fit my handlebars?
The clamp is designed for a 22mm handlebar diameter — the standard size for 50cc scooters and mopeds. It will not fit thicker handlebars such as 25.4mm.
Is a mirror mount included?
No, the housing does not have a thread for a mirror. If your scooter previously had the mirror mounted on the master cylinder, you will need a separate mirror clamp for the handlebar.
Which brake line fits?
A standard brake line with a banjo bolt connection. The banjo bolt and sealing rings are not included; please compare your old part with the product image before ordering.
