Moturo variator weights for scooters with a 16 mm variator — a wear part that loses mass and shape over the miles. 16x13 mm, 5.0 g per roller, ready for installation.

The weights are located in the variator's ramp plate and are pushed outwards as the engine speed increases. This movement creates the continuously variable transmission (CVT) of your scooter. Dimensions: 16 mm diameter, 13 mm length, 5.0 g per roller.

The outer shell is self-lubricating and slides cleanly along the ramp plate, which reduces wear on the track. Before replacing, check the old rollers for flat spots — worn weights change acceleration behavior and top speed.

Replacement takes about half an hour with a variator locking tool and a socket wrench for the central nut.
