The assembly holds the rider footrest, brake master cylinder, and brake lever on the right side and transfers braking torque from your foot to the master cylinder. The mounting points match the OE bolt pattern of the GSX-R 600; tightening torques follow the workshop manual. The geometry and lever positions remain factory-standard, ensuring your braking feel stays identical to the original part. Crash damage to footrests or brackets is resolved with this replacement.

Replacement takes about an hour using a hex key set, a socket wrench for the mounting nuts, and a torque wrench. Disconnect the brake line, remove the old assembly, attach the new one, tighten, bleed the brakes, and you're done.
